WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED?
In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective item or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact email@example.com ASAP. We will ship you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of your return shipping charges once your return is received. Please include all original packaging and attach a brief note explaining the defect, or indicate on your receipt the item shipped in error.

Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail or in store. Returns must be made made within 30 days of the order shipment date to be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
All items bought with a discount code are non-refundable.
Allow 7-10 Business Days from the receipt of payment, excluding holidays for instock items. Items that are listed as presale will ship 21 business days after the purchase is made. Once shipped we will not be responsible for any delays caused by courier.
